Tomorrow's Oscars are apparently "wide open" if you read the news on the Internet. I'm not sure I agree. Sight unseen, I think Iwo Jima will likely win, although Ebert thinks its Babel.

Here's my list for some crucial categories.

Best Actor: Forest Whitaker, The Last King of Scotland
Best Actress: Helen Mirren, The Queen
Best Supporting Actor: Eddie Murphy, Dreamgirls
Best Supporting Actress: Jennifer Hudson, Dreamgirls
Best Original Screenplay: Little Miss Sunshine
Animated Film: Cars
Best Foreign Film: Pan's Labryinth
