Two night left for Molly Sweeney!

How many shameless plugs can I make for Molly Sweeney? Plenty, I guess.

But the last two nights we've been at 3/4 capacity which is awesome, especially considering the first weekend we averaged about 31% capacity, and the second weekend 41%. Clearly we were building, but seeing such a jump to our last weekend was great!

That's what word of mouth will do, I guess. And three great reviews.

Hope you'll come to the show!

Just a big kudos for a great play.

I did not know what to expect from Commencement Bay or how you might pull off a stage and set, but it worked beautifully. There was an intimacy of finding something hidden in the back room, an aura that something was made to happen through rolling up of the sleeves via the homemade risers, and a theatrical professionalism from the stage that coexisted wonderfully.

The show was remarkable and it stands the test of an evening which creates image and thought that still resides in the mind days later.

Congrats. I look forward to Top Dog/ Underdog.

Droid,

Thanks for coming! I agree that CBC worked really well. The discovery of the theater in the back was almost theatrical in and of itself.

We'll see you at the upcoming plays!
