Obama Tonight?

It's looking more and more likely that Obama will sew up the nomination tonight with the last two primaries: South Dakota and Montana.

Hillary Clinton will be in New York and her aides say that she will discuss the "realities of the race" which include mentioning that Obama has reached the number of pledged delegates he needs. She may even call him the nominee. But it's not a concession, as she will spend some time considering whether to fight on holding the mantle of the popular vote count (note: even that lead depends on what you count).

If this all works out, we'll have left-handed Obama vs. left-handed McCain. That's historic for all us lefties out there.

My friend Joe in Minnesota is going to try to go to Obama's speech tonight in St. Paul. Any other Minnesotans going?
